Metals with a high melting temperature bring with them special properties. Breuckmann technology makes it possible to cast refractory metals in returnable molds. The state of the art is casting these metals in disposable molds. We are pioneers of this new and environmentally friendly way of metal processing. It is an innovative and climate-friendly manufacturing route that differs from conventional processes.
We are making an important contribution to the decarbonization of industry by replacing polluting metal processing with environmentally friendly metal processing
and are thus on the way to becoming the climate-neutral global market leader for high-temperature permanent mold casting.
Step by step, we are increasing the variety of refractory metals that can be processed with returnable mold technology. We are actively working with solutions from the fields of materials research, 3D printing and artificial intelligence.
