Die-casting foundry:

  The latest generation of silicon tombac series moulds are cast on this. Our specially-developed specialised machine using vertical technology leads to increased productivity and casting quality.
• 2 x horizontal die-casting machine 400t
  These machines are used for silicon tombac series moulds with slides. Furthermore, this technology is suitable for oblong castings.
• 3 x horizontal die-casting machine 250t
  These machines are used to cast silicon tombac series moulds with reduced blast area.
• 1 x vertical die-casting machine 100t
  This is our “Die-Cast-Prototyping” special-purpose machine. We manufacture high pressure die castings on our small series moulds on this machine.

Manufacturing takes place in combination with numerous punch-deburring presses und industrial robots.

Rotor foundry:

• 1x vertical special-purpose machine “High Performance Cu-Rotor”
  This machine enables the laminar die filling of small and large copper rotors.

Permanent mould foundry:

• 1 x horizontal gravity-casting machine
  If larger casting weights are to be produced, manual handling is no longer possible. This is when our die-casting machine is deployed.
• 1 x three-plate gravity-casting machine
  It is possible to manufacture simultaneously on three different permanent moulds. The solidification time of the one mould is used to fill or demould the other two.

Additionally, three manual labour die-casting jobs.
